Mrs Zhou

I am kind hearted, patient and full of enthusiasm about teaching. I have over 13 years teaching experience, including 5 years as a full-time qualified English teacher in China (where I hold qualified teacher status) and 8 years in the United Kingdom within the state sector and independent language schools. I have taught lessons to both children aged 4 to 16 years old and adults with experience of teaching face to face and online. Previously I held the position as a teaching assistant at a local primary school within the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership Trust. During that time I successfully completed my Foundation Degree of Education Studies at Bath Spa University.

Miss Li

I am a PhD student majoring in education at the University of Bath.

Firstly I bring a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for working with children, both Chinese and British children. My ability to connect with them is exceptional, as I comprehend their thought processes and learning patterns effectively.

Furthermore, I am currently engaged in instructing adults in the art of learning Chinese within the vibrant setting of Bath. My students hail from diverse backgrounds, including South Korea and the UK.

Moreover, being a native Chinese speaker, I possess impeccable proficiency in the language. My fluency extends to English as well. Notably, I hold a Putonghua Level II, Grade A certification, and have achieved a remarkable IELTS score of 7.5.
